LTIMindtree is looking for Test Managers based out of Hyderabad.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong foundation in Testing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test planning, strategy, estimation, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Oversee the estimation, execution, and management of testing activities.
Lead and manage a team of 30 to 50+ QA professionals.
Ensure effective defect management and resolution processes.
Drive test automation initiatives, preferably using ServiceNow ATF.
Conduct due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
Implement multilayered governance and lead transformation projects.

Qualifications:
12 to 20 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow .
Extensive experience in test automation, preferably with ServiceNow ATF.
Proven experience in leading and driving large QA teams.
Strong background in due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
Experience in implementing multilayered governance and leading transformation projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
