LTIMindtree is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Quality Assurance Manager based out of Hyderabad.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong foundation in Testing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test planning, strategy, estimation, execution, and defect management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Oversee the estimation, execution, and management of testing activities.
- Lead and manage a team of 30 to 50+ QA professionals.
- Ensure effective defect management and resolution processes.
- Drive test automation initiatives, preferably using ServiceNow ATF .
- Conduct due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
- Implement multilayered governance and lead transformation projects.
Qualifications:
- 12 to 20 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Extensive experience in test automation, preferably with ServiceNow ATF.
- Proven experience in leading and driving large QA teams.
- Strong background in due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
- Experience in implementing multilayered governance and leading transformation projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
