Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with a strong background in SAP Ariba implementation and rollout projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across both upstream and downstream Ariba modules, with a deep understanding of integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA via CIG and robust knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP Ariba implementation and rollout projects across various business units.
  • Work across Ariba Upstream and Downstream modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Buying, and Invoicing.
  • Configure and manage integration with backend ERP systems (SAP ECC and S/4HANA) using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
  • Design and implement Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) solutions, including setting up modular questionnaires and supplier certification workflows.
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance management templates based on business requirements.
  • Document user requirements, functional specifications, and create training materials and SOPs.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing, and the SAP backend systems.
  • Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications.
  • Implement and configure external tax engines in the Ariba landscape.
