About Us:

Digitroverts is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Institute & Agency based in Erode. We specialize in providing training and services like SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, and Local SEO. We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our energetic team and help us expand our student enrollments and service sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students/businesses and explain our digital marketing courses/services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
  • Provide basic information about courses, fees, and offers.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/training team.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English (fluency in both preferred).
  • Prior telecalling/inside sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month (based on experience)
