**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and qualify prospects.
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and providing support.
- **Product/Service Information**: Providing detailed information about the company's offerings to customers.
- **Lead Generation**: Identifying potential customers and gathering necessary information to qualify them for further sales efforts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting in the sales process by providing information and answering customer questions.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gathering customer feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience.
- **Complaint Handling**: Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- **Database Management**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**: Working towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- **Following Scripts and Procedures**: Adhering to established call scripts and company procedures.
- **Language Proficiency**: Ensuring clear and effective communication in Hindi.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Utilizing computer systems and software to manage calls and customer information.
- **Payment Reminders**: Calling customers to remind them of due payments and providing information on payment channels.
- **Appointment Setting**: Scheduling appointments for field collection teams or other relevant departments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
