We are looking for a Female / Male Telecaller to handle customer inquiries

Telegu

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Provide information about products/services and assist customers in making decisions.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams for smooth operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Hindi, Kannada and telegu (Knowledge of English and other regional languages is a plus).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries patiently.
- Previous experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
