We are looking for a UX Designer to help shape the user experience of a web-based
accounting application. The focus of this role is to ensure the application is intuitive, efficient,
and aligned with the needs of accounting professionals. You will work closely with product
owners, developers, and end users to co-design solutions that improve usability.
Key Responsibilities
● Translate user needs and accounting processes into effective user experiences
● Deliver user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and eventually interactive prototypes to
support development
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design and development
cycle
● Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across all interface components
● Define and maintain a coherent visual and interaction design system
● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Requirements
● Solid experience in UX design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your
expertise
● A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Media Science, or a related
field (preferred)
● Good understanding of user-centered design principles and related methodologies
● Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma
● Understanding of frontend development constraints (HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics)
● Ability to conduct or support user research and usability testing
● Familiarity with accounting or financial software (nice to have)
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions across
multidisciplinary teams
● Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
