Position Overview

OBLYTECH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Salesforce Consultant – Life Sciences Cloud & Clinical Trials Specialist

to join our remote team. This full-time role requires a deep understanding of

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud

and significant domain knowledge in

Clinical Trials . You will lead projects involving

Salesforce.com administration , configuration, and customization, with a specific focus on enabling

clinical trial management , patient engagement, and compliance in the life sciences sector.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud

for our clients, helping streamline their

clinical trial workflows

and improve operational efficiency. If you have a strong background in

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud

with a specific focus on

clinical trials management ,

patient recruitment , and

study tracking .• Provide in-depth consulting and business analysis to understand client requirements related to

clinical trials , including

patient data management ,

trial site management , and

compliance tracking

(FDA, GCP, ICH guidelines).• Manage the full cycle of

clinical trial processes

within Salesforce, from

study start-up ,

participant enrollment , and

data collection , to

trial close-out

and

compliance reporting .• Customize Salesforce

reports ,

dashboards , and

workflows

to improve visibility of clinical trial data, patient enrollment, and site performance metrics.• Collaborate with clinical research teams to integrate

electronic data capture (EDC)

systems,

electronic medical records (EMR)

systems, and

clinical trial management systems (CTMS)

with Salesforce to streamline clinical trial workflows.• Lead the

migration from Salesforce Health Cloud to Life Sciences Cloud , ensuring smooth data transition and system optimization tailored to the life sciences industry.• Develop and maintain data governance strategies that ensure regulatory compliance with

FDA ,

GCP

(Good Clinical Practice),

ICH , and other life sciences regulations.• Provide user training, support, and ongoing system enhancements to ensure clients can maximize Salesforce for

clinical research

and

patient data management .• Continuously monitor and improve Salesforce capabilities to adapt to the evolving needs of clinical trials and the life sciences sector.• Assist in building a Salesforce

data architecture

that supports long-term

clinical trial data management

and scalability.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud

or

Salesforce Health Cloud , with a strong focus on

clinical trials management .• Deep domain knowledge of the

clinical trials

process, including

patient recruitment ,

site management ,

protocol management , and

compliance

with life sciences regulations.• Hands-on experience with

Salesforce.com administration , including configuring workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and automating complex business processes specific to clinical trials.• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with

clinical trial management systems (CTMS) ,

electronic data capture (EDC) , and

electronic medical records (EMR)

systems to facilitate streamlined clinical trial operations.• Familiarity with

FDA regulations ,

GCP (Good Clinical Practice)

guidelines, and

ICH guidelines

as they relate to clinical trials and patient data management.• Strong understanding of

Salesforce development , including experience with

Apex ,

Visualforce ,

Lightning Web Components ,

Salesforce Flow , and

Process Builder

for clinical trial workflows.• Demonstrated ability to configure and develop

Salesforce reports ,

dashboards , and data visualizations for real-time insights into clinical trial performance, patient enrollment, and compliance.• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

Salesforce Administrator ,

Salesforce Platform Developer ,

Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud certification ) are highly desirable.• A

Bachelor’s degree

in

Computer Science ,

Information Technology , or a related field; a degree in

Life Sciences ,

Healthcare , or

Clinical Research

is a plus.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical trial requirements into efficient Salesforce solutions.• Experience working in a

pharmaceutical ,

biotechnology , or

clinical research organization (CRO)

is a strong advantage.
