Required Skills:

  • Full time bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT specialization.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II), Admin and Service Cloud Consultant certification is a must.
  • At least 3+ years of experience with Service Cloud or two successful end-to-end Service cloud implementations.
  • 5+ experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer/Technical Lead role, including expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning component development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities, including case management, knowledge base, service console, entitlements, and Omni Channel.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Ability to align Salesforce Service Cloud solutions with business goals and customer service objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize service-related processes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Visual Studio Code, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Salesforce integration patterns (SOAP, REST) for integrating Salesforce with external systems such as CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills (org level impact assessments and presenting to business stakeholders)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical team and project members
  • Ability to work, alone or as part of a team, in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
