Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, located in Tiruppur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks include sales strategy development, client communication, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Customer Service skills
  • Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, Negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment in Tiruppur
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the water treatment or related industry is a plus
