We are looking for …


We are looking for an experienced Associate Director - Sales to join our sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the Philippines. Based in Manila, this role involves managing relationships with large enterprise clients from the banking, eCommerce, lending, and payments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the tech industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account closure.


Responsibilities:


Rainmaker:

Manage relationships at the C level across large enterprise clients and prospects

Bring in new customers as per country expansion plan

Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities

Sales planning activities including account plans and hunting activities

Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations

Closer:

Partnering with prospects till deal closure

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to tailor propositions

Own the sales journey from prospecting to deal-signing

Drive Top-of-funnel conversions

Deep understanding of product offerings, market, commercials


Qualifications and Requirements:


Experience: At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services sector and prior experience in the Philippines

Energy and Drive: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Goal Orientation: Demonstrated history of building successful sales teams and meeting or exceeding targets

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to product enhancement

Ownership: Ability to own the sales process from prospecting to deal-closure

Global Mindset: Adept at working in a diverse, multicultural environment
