Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meta and Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our clients' paid media campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, with a deep understanding of both Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms to meet client goals.
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, keyword management, and ad copy testing.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI while staying within allocated spending limits.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Audience Targeting: Implement advanced audience targeting techniques to reach specific demographics and improve ad relevance.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad formats, targeting options, and strategies.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Certifications: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook Blueprint) certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and third-party analytics platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ad strategies.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
