Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain clients. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and sustained business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the A2P communication industry is a plus
