Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern to join our team at Multivista. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and assist in documentation
  • Assist in grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with Hindi-speaking employees for HR/admin support
  • Prepare reports, maintain Excel sheets and other HR MIS
  • Provide support in daily HR and administrative operations

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management or MSW
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work full-time during the internship period
