About the Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary technical liaison between
Company and clients, ensuring successful product adoption and expansion, focusing on
fostering strong relationships, and driving engagement.
What You’ll Do
● Execute product implementations and oversee new feature deployments and changes.
● Ensure timely resolution of product bugs and focus on improving product/feature
adoption among client users.
● Develop and execute quarterly account plans to address client gaps and continuously
improve processes and product utilization.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the scope of work and
achieve adoption targets.
● Take ownership of project objectives and goals, ensuring delivery within defined
timelines.
● Conduct monthly training sessions for client teams on product features and coordinate
responses to client inquiries.
● Project manage scope of work reviews and identify leads for additional ION modules and
prospects.
● Lead customer awareness campaigns to enhance product adoption and drive expansion
opportunities.
● Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business review sessions with client
sponsors, aiding in their presentation to leadership.

What You’ll Need
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech).
● Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SaaS implementation and tech
implementation, including SaaS and ERP or in roles such as product development or IT
support.
● Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
purposes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address
complex issues effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling
presentations and analyze data proficiently.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas
clearly and engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
● Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
● Previous experience in the transportation or logistics sector is a plus.
