This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Executive
- Working From Office in Ahmedabad.

Role Description

The Performance Marketing Executive to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google platforms. This role will focus on assisting the team with SEA camapigns, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to processes, and delivering impactful results through data-driven optimization.

Shift Timings:
9 AM to 6 PM IST

Working Days:
Monday to Friday

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Campaign Support:
    Assist with media planning and execution of campaigns across SEA markets on Facebook, Instagram (Meta) TikTok, and Google platforms
  • Campaign Management:
    Support daily monitoring and optimization of campaigns to achieve performance KPIs without any mistakes
  • Process Adherence:
    Ensure internal processes for campaign activation, optimization, and finance compliance are followed
  • Reporting:
    Compile and maintain campaign performance reports using internal dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the planning and client servicing team members to ensure a smooth workflow and campaign delivery
  • Stay Updated:
    Keep up with the latest trends and updates in the advertising industry, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead of the competition

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably across Meta, Tiktok and Google Ads platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA)
  • Familiarity with campaign management and optimization best practices
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines
  • Good time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
