- 10+ years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of the market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the zone
- Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
