About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across global projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing transformation initiatives , ensuring SLA compliance, and driving client satisfaction across industries like Banking, Telecom, Retail, and EdTech . This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in P&L management, program management, and operations optimization .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management : Ensure seamless delivery of services, meeting SLAs and enhancing operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with clients through regular updates, business reviews, and alignment on project goals.
  • Program & Project Management : Plan and execute complex programs using Agile methodologies, driving measurable productivity gains.
  • Financial Management : Oversee P&L for client projects, identify cost optimization opportunities, and ensure profitability.
  • Leadership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, promoting process improvements and high performance.


What You’ll Need:

  • Experience : 8-10 years in service delivery management or program management for IT projects, with a global delivery focus.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications in Scrum, Six Sigma , or Azure Cloud are a plus.
  • Skills : Expertise in P&L management, SLA compliance, client relationship management, and knowledge of Azure Cloud platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Cloud Administrator
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
