Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Engineer (L&B) located in Delhi. The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for conducting valuations of land and buildings. Day-to-day tasks include performing financial and quantitative analysis, developing valuation models, compiling valuation reports, and collaborating with other team members to ensure accurate and thorough assessments. The engineer will also interact with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice and assistance.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering

1-2 years of experience
