**Position Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Preparation and submission of valuation reports for government banks, private banks, and NBFCs.
- Conducting site inspections and property evaluations.
- Performing technical and financial analysis related to valuation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and underwriting valuation reports as per regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinating with banks/NBFCs and ensuring timely report delivery.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant standards and internal policies.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Qualification**: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 of experience in valuation (mandatory).
- Must have clear experience in preparing and underwriting **valuation reports for banks/NBFCs**.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of government regulations, RBI guidelines, and valuation standards preferred.
