**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an artistic, detail-oriented Interior Designer with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in creating beautiful and cost-effective designs that meet client expectations. You will develop design concepts, produce detailed drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative design concepts and create detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Prepare presentation drawings and 3D models to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
- Create working drawings and collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure design intent is carried through the construction process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver fresh, creative designs.
- Create detailed drawings for interior projects, ensuring all elements align with project requirements.
- Sketch design plans and source materials/products for implementation in design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Residential Designs.
- Strong visualization skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering Software, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

**Education**: B.Arch./Diploma in Interior Design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
