Director, Financial Institution Partnerships

Are you a seasoned financial services leader with a strong network across banks, NBFCs, and funds?We're looking for a Director, Financial Institution Partnerships to spearhead our institutional collaborations and drive high-impact funding partnerships.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10+ years in banking, NBFCs, or financial services, with a proven track record in institutional partnerships
Responsibilities
- Originate and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, credit funds & financial institutions
- Lead negotiations, documentation & ensure compliance for co-lending, syndication & funding arrangements
- Deepen existing relationships while expanding into new opportunities
- Collaborate with risk, legal & operations for seamless execution
- Track market trends & innovations to shape future funding strategies
Requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management & negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of financial products, structures & regulations
- Commercial orientation with the ability to deliver on growth targets
- Bonus if you bring an established network in the FI ecosystem or experience in structured finance/digital lending
