Job Description

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across website, social media, and digital platforms.Lead enterprise marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business growth.Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a demand generation mindset and digital-first approach.Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director - Marketing should have:

Proven expertise in integrated marketing and delivering measurable ROI.Strong experience in stakeholder management and business interactions at senior levels.Deep understanding of digital-first marketing approaches and emerging digital trends.Experience managing diverse marketing channels including website, social media, and enterprise campaigns.



Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive experience in marketing with a focus on digital and integrated marketing.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Industries like SaaS, BFSI, fintech, insurance, startupMBA/PG in Marketing or related field preferred.
