About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Analyst to operate across wealth management, private markets, and pre-IPO investing. This role is designed for someone who has worked in wealth management, venture capital, investment banking, or private markets — and wants to operate in a fast-paced environment, close to founders and decision-makers. You will work directly with the founding team to source opportunities, evaluate investments, manage investor relationships, and support strategic product initiatives for the next generation of wealth builders. Key Responsibilities Deal / Investment Source and evaluate investment opportunities across startup equity, pre-IPO shares, and alternative assets Analyze business models & financials, build investment memos, and present recommendations Manage deal execution end-to-end (sourcing → diligence → legal → closure) Track portfolio performance, including pre-IPO positions through exit events such as IPOs or secondaries Provide periodic portfolio updates & reporting to investors Investor Relations Engage with angel investors, VCs, CXOs, family offices, and operator-investors Run demand generation initiatives to onboard qualified investors Support demo days, founder sessions, investor education series & community events Maintain strong founder & stakeholder relationships across the ecosystem Wealth Product Research & Strategy Evaluate traditional & alternative wealth products: structure, performance, risk, suitability Integrate investor feedback into product development and category expansion Coordinate with internal teams to build & scale new investment products Forge strategic ecosystem partnerships Growth Initiatives Build high-quality research decks, investor reports & market insights Support GTM, partnerships, and business development initiatives The Ideal Candidate CFA / MBA / CA preferred 3–5 years experience in wealth management, VC, IB, startup investing, or alternative assets Exceptional academic & communication skills Passion for fintech, investing & private markets Analytical, structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity Strong with Excel & PPT; SQL or data experience is a plus Self-starter, outcome-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset High trust, low-ego collaborator Bonus NISM / PMS / AIF certifications (or willingness to complete within 3 months) Strong network in startup / VC / tech ecosystem Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or investment environment Best Things About the Job Work on a category-defining wealth platform tackling a globally unsolved problem
