The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales and purchase of ocean freight , ensuring competitive rates, reliable carrier partnerships, and seamless shipment execution for our SME exporters.Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement and negotiation of ocean freight rates with carriers and forwarders.Drive freight sales — identify, onboard, and manage SME customers for export shipments.Optimize freight margins and ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.Collaborate with operations, finance, and tech teams to deliver best-in-class export fulfillment.Track market trends, capacity, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding, NVOCC, or logistics sales/procurement.Strong network of shipping lines and freight partners.Proven track record in freight negotiation and
