Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our CEOs Office team as a Strategy Program Manager – Data Centre & Cloud. This role will be instrumental in driving the evolution of our data Centre infrastructure by developing and executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong consulting background and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans.



Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal capabilities to develop a comprehensive data Centre & cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify best practices and benchmarks for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements within the data Centre & cloud operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for data Centre infrastructure, including capacity planning, technology adoption, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Program Management:
  • Lead complex data Centre programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data Centre environment.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize resource utilization.
  • Build and maintain data models and dashboards to track performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT leadership, business units, and vendors.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and overcome challenges.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a strategy or consulting role, preferably within a data Centre or technology-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the data Centre industry.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies
