Role Summary

This position is primarily responsible for Strategy development, monitoring and execution for new digital initiatives for the Digital Business Unit.

Key ask includes program management with partners and internal Digital delivery team for various initiatives. 

The roles and responsibilities include tracking and delivering the business plan against the key drivers defined. 

Also includes budgets management for the digital business in line with the annual plan build up and tracking. 

Incumbent needs to identify and execute portfolio and profitability maximization ideas.

Candidate is responsible for Go Live on projects for inhouse Buy Online as well as on Digital Partner platforms.

The program management function includes managing a team for timely execution and delivery of projects for the digital business.

The candidate will need to be a self-starter, with exceptional stakeholder management skills with good understanding of both technology and business. Interaction with various departments including underwriting, IT, compliance, marketing, BIU, analytics, call centre and product team for business delivery.

The position will lead a team which manages various business dashboards viz. daily, weekly and monthly performance dashboards. Manage end to end call center R&R initiatives for driving business targets, desired product mix, activation and various other participation levers. 

The role will lead requirement gathering, liaise with BIU and deliver various BAU and ad-hoc business/ KPI linked MIS.

Lead and own existing and new enterprise initiatives for existing customer management. 

Lead business support team managing partner on-boarding, marketing activities and commission payments. Liaise and ensure requirement delivery by BIU, marketing, finance, central/ distribution operations, and various other central teams.

Manage and keep upgrading risk control framework defined for the channel. Ensure adherence to various defined quarterly, half yearly and annual submissions for evaluation and channel risk rating.

Co-own project delivery and governance for various AIA projects along with strategy and AIA regional teams.

Lead renewals/ persistency track and drive various required initiatives in collaboration with central renewals and call center teams.

Continuously monitor competition and track various business, customer propositions and digital journeys. Organize and own brain storming discussions for new and efficiency improvement aspects of business.

The ability to grasp big picture, manage multiple projects and deliveries with capability to present new solutions and ideas is a must.
