About the Role

The Head of Adolescent Program Management will be responsible for planning and leading adolescent programs across India, ensuring effective management, monitoring, and evaluation. This role will work closely with the Chief of Programs to develop project management, data analytics, and program operations strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program plans, ensuring targeted session delivery, minimum dropouts, and high-quality sessions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to design and implement Monitoring & Evaluation tools for regular health checks and course corrections.
  • Establish and standardize program delivery processes, including program execution, automation, and innovation.
  • Work with the M&E/Impact team to understand program impact and incorporate feedback for quality improvement.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams to ensure program quality, region-wise benchmarking, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure accurate and valid MIS and data reporting, leading to timely and effective decision-making.
  • Lead reporting activities, including mandatory periodic reports, and audit program processes for quality and consistency.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, departments, and functions, ensuring clarity on program plans, resourcing, budgets, and variances.
  • Plan and lead special initiatives and projects as assigned, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Travel extensively to locations, meet teams, study programs, and improve program quality.

  • Adaptable, able to manage change, and self-starter with strong interpersonal relationships and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to operate under high-pressure, stressful, and time-bound work environments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience in leading large teams, development processes, leveraging IT, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Preferred experience in a large social sector organization.
