We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 10 years in sales and marketing within the packaging industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive sales growth and brand recognition.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company

s goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.Sales Management:Lead manage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics adjusting strategies as necessary.Marketing Initiatives:Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product launches.Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and close deals with major clients.Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Team Leadership:Recruit train and develop a highperforming sales and marketing team.Foster a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities performance and ROI.Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:Bachelor

s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably within the packaging industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using CRM software and marketing tools.
