Business Growth &Expansion-

Set up and Lead BOT's COE for UKSC.-

Build Frameworks for the COE for Process Assessment, Feasibilityand Viability.-

Implement Pilot and then plan for scaling up.-

Provide BOT's as a service to RO-

To Program manage all migrations of business (ABG) expansion forUKSC-

To lead the solutioning of the process that will be migrated as a partof new business within the group-

Support the business development team with process and otherdata to substaintiate the methodologySeamless BusinessTransition-

Support the business growth and expansion where required e.G.Frameworks, earlier splits etc. and once there is agreement with thebusiness, takeover for the usual Transition path-

Prepare detailed transitions program plan with critical activitiesclearly identified to move in scope processes and employees to theUKSC as per the defined transition framework Prepare robust checklists in line with the Transition Framework forseeking specific inputs from the business units / zones. Providesufficient orientation and training to the transition champions on theoverall transition framework, specific transition program and actionplan, along with the nuances in implementing transition processes.-

Drive execution of the transition plan along with the champions andlead discussions with stakeholders to strive for seamlessprocesses/employees movement to the UKSC. Understand thenuances of the processes or any tailored processes followed at theunit / zone along with the reasons.-

Co-ordinate with different stakeholders like the Tower Heads, DH,HOD,s, HR, Admin, IT, MR to ensure their respective task are alignedto the overall plan and look for possible bottlenecks and take earlymeasures to overcome the same.-

Conduct regular governance meet, right communication andleverage escalation path to ensure the project objectives are met ina timely manner-

Lead Program management of key transformation and crossfunctional projects initiated for UKSC for achieving the Productivityand Excellence targetsQuality & ServiceManagement Excellence-

Implement governance and escalation framework basis the agreed principle. Enable regular governance call with key stakeholdersinternally and with customers to discuss performance dashboards,highlight anomalies and suggest changes.Continuous CapabilityImprovement (Process,People and Technology)-

Implement a robust review rhythm for timely assessing transitionactivities across various processes.-

Review the instances and causes of deviation from the transitionplan and take necessary corrective and preventive measures toreduce deviations.-

Review the reasons for positive deviations and check its applicabilityin other processes on pilot basis. If successful, make necessarychanges in the transition process in consultation with the BT team-

Identify and propose improvement / innovative practices forcontinuously improving transition process capabilities.Risk Management &Governance-

Ensure that UKSC service migration is in line with operatingprocedures and best practices.-

Ensure effective implementation of identified risk controlsthroughout the transition.-

Maintain accurate records and data pertaining to all transition andsupport timely completion of process auditsValue Creation / BusinessImpact-

Provide BOT's as a service to RO-

Work with the BOT's COE Lead to explore the areas which can beexecuted for effectively and efficiently using RPA. Identify the areaswhere the automation can be human assisted (for more complexprocesses) or completely bot dependant (for simple processes)-

Scout for right RPA implementation partners, and provide necessaryinsights to the BT Head in selecting the RPA partner. Exploresolutions in consultation with the RPA Partners and subject matterexperts-

Conduct pilot runs and evaluate pilot results to ensure that the bot isgiving out desired results. Check if the estimated value addition isgetting delivered.-

Design the governance of new, bot driven process with support fromthe operational excellence lead and PHs. Introduce mechanism formaintenance to keep the bots functioning as the process changes-

Monitor the impact of BOT on business outcomes
