We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Team Leader for our Sewing division . This role combines sales leadership with strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth for the sewing division.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform both sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Sales Management: Drive the Sales through Active customers and Inactive customers. Ensure lead conversions. Monitor team performance. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
- New Product Development : Conceptualize and Work closely with product development, operations by giving inputs to the teams as per customer inputs and market intelligence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Compliance Management: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, brand protocols, and regulatory requirements. Stay
- Inspections and Audits: Oversee regular inspections and audits of sales practices, ensuring adherence to established standards. Analyze audit findings and implement corrective actions to improve compliance and performance.
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the sewing industry.
