Company DescriptionTECCRO ™, ( The Esthetic Clinics Clinical Research Organisation ™, is a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO), connected to The Esthetic Clinics and QR678. The Esthetic Clinics are renowned centers headquartered in Mumbai dedicated to plastic surgery and skincare. TECCRO offers Turnkey clinical research solutions for Aesthetics, including product development, manuscript writing, acting as a CRO and a Site Management Organisation and supporting pharmaceutical companies in Phase III and Phase IV trials, and generating evidence in aesthetics, cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, provide laser treatments, and therapies for various skin conditions.
Establishing a sustainable innovation ecosystem requires a well-connected network of entrepreneurs, domestic and foreign private enterprises, educational and research institutions, government agencies, investors, business incubators, and technology and business mentors. This need has led to the establishment of regional innovation clusters in many parts of the world. Such innovation clusters bring together capital, expertise, and talent to foster technological breakthroughs. Innovation clusters are uniquely distinctive in their structure and operating model.
The Esthetic Clinics Clinical Research Organisation (TECCRO) aims to distinguish itself by aspiring towards the following overarching goals:• Building an active network of research institutes, companies, NGOs and government bodies to promote knowledge sharing, cross-fertilization of ideas, and co-innovation (Collaboration).• Identifying and resolving AESTHETICS relevant problems, through active coordination with government organisations and NGOs (Responsiveness).• Accelerating regional scientific and technological progress, and improving the regional innovation ecosystem, by facilitating a wider range of research initiatives, better access to funding opportunities, and greater networking and career opportunities for student communities (Competitiveness)• Inspiring new products and technologies by coordinating efforts and financial resources and effective integration of intellectual and financial resources to create a new generation of innovative businesses (Innovation)• Gaining a competitive advantage by improving internationalisation and boosting visibility (Globalisation)
To further this mission, TECCRO is looking for a Director of Research and Development.
Role and LocationFull time role, On Site, at our Bandra Kurla Complex Corporate Office
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Research Development at TECCRO. The role involves overseeing research and development projects both at The Esthetic Clinics ( and QR678 ( leading teams, managing research activities, and implementing project strategies to drive innovation in plastic surgery and skincare.
Develop and manage research programmesLead and motivate research teamsLiaise with external partners and stakeholdersProduce reports and presentationsKeep up to date with the latest research developments
QualificationsResearch and Development (R&D), Research, and Project Management skillsExtensive experience in a research environment, with a proven track record of successful research projectsOutstanding communication and leadership skillsThe ability to manage a team of scientists and delegate tasks effectivelyGood organisational and problem solving skillsTeam Management and Team Leadership abilitiesExcellent organizational and strategic planning skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the medical or cosmetic surgery field is preferredPhD in a related field or equivalent experience
Salary12-24 Lakhs Per Annum fixed, with variable component added; salary will not be an issue for the right candidate
