Position: Project Head

Location: Chennai

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

  2. Experience: 20+ years of experience in managing Civil infrastructure projects including commercial buildings , residential buildings , institutional buildings, flyover, metro

  3. Sound knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Job Profile (not limited to the following)

  1. Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of construction projects.

  2. Coordinate with PMC, Architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  3. Review and finalise project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

  4. Monitor daily site activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

  5. Manage procurement processes and coordination of materials, equipment, and manpower.

  6. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

  7. Control project costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

  8. Provide regular project updates to senior management and prepare progress reports.

  9. Handle risk management and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.

  10. Supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
