With strong partnerships with international suppliers, we deliver innovative chemical solutions , technical support, and application expertise to customers across India.Position: Sales Manager – Coatings Raw MaterialsThis is a Techno-Commercial role involving both technical application knowledge and business development responsibilities. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with customers to understand their formulations and propose value-added solutions using our product range.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development for our Additives, Special Binders & Pigments used in Coatings & InksIdentify new opportunities and develop key accounts across Pan IndiaUnderstand customer formulations and recommend suitable grades from our product portfolioCollaborate with international principals/suppliers for technical discussions, & Business DevelopmentLead negotiations, pricing, and deal closures for strategic accountsWork closely with the internal sales, logistics, and application teams for smooth order executionManage and mentor junior sales team members (if applicable)Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsParticipate in relevant trade shows and industry events✅ Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 8 years of experience in Chemical Distributions Field of Paints/ Coatings (Additives, Resins, Pigments, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related fieldIn-depth understanding of coatings formulations and application requirementsStrong communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel across India for client visits and technical meetingsProven ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of the sales cycleApply Now : : Website :Join us to build a future in specialty chemicals with innovation, expertise, and long-term partnerships.#NowHiring #SalesManager #CoatingsIndustry #SpecialtyChemicals #TechnoCommercial #BusinessDevelopment #ChemicalDistribution #MumbaiJobs #Additives #Pigments #Resins
