Raw materials are cleaned, dried, and tested using special machines before being carefully grounded into the finished product. Bhagwati Masala ensures high standards through various stages of processing to deliver quality spices to its customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Sales Manager, located in Varanasi. The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing business plans, handling account management, and maintaining relationships with channel partners. The role involves strategizing and executing channel sales initiatives, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Planning and Account Management
- Proficiency in Sales and managing Channel Partners
- Expertise in Channel Sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Understanding of the spices market or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
