Responsibilities/ Skillsets

:Installation, Configuration, Upgrade and Patching of Windows OS and 3rd party software. Experience of Software Deployment tools: WSUS/ SCCM/ or similar and Desktop Imaging toolTroubleshooting Printer, Scanner, Plotter, Audio-Video conference related issues.Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents (with-in SLA) reported by the users via IT ServiceDesk ticketing tool, telephone, chat, email.Awareness of IT Service Management Ticking Tool and Global Shared Service concept.Experience in Network Cabling, VLAN, Wireless, IP Telephony, VPN and troubleshoot related issues.Experience in maintaining IT Asset (allocation, tracking, AMCs and Preventive Maintenance, disposal)Basic Awareness of Active Directory, Domain-Workgroup concepts, DNS-DHCP, Email and its Archiving conceptsBasic Document Writing skills for preparing SOPsVendor Escalation and Tracking of Support Ticket logged with themExcellent communication fluency in English, Hindi and MarathiExcellent in Problem Solving skillAbility to work as individual team player and to support big task as teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or Diploma, or a related field.3 to 5 Years

of Experience in IT ServiceDesk support.
