POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for providing commercial support for new and existing clients across multiple service lines. This role will also involve coordinating with partners from other regions to support Global deals and initiatives.

Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:Lead profit improvement initiatives within the commercial space.Enhance financial reporting and key performance indicators (KPI) across the client portfolio.Collaborate with business leadership to ensure successful contract delivery.Assess the current state and determine the ideal commercial model and structure.Take a leading role in determining how key contract terms and conditions can be leveraged.Provide recommendations on deal structure and economics based on service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, billing, pricing options, and compliance requirements.Establish best practices for deals and contracts to ensure consistency across engagements.Ensure financial compliance with contract terms, conditions, and performance metrics, such as service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Challenge conventional methods when necessary and seek out innovative service solutions.Develop and mentor teams in evolving pricing strategies and delivery methods.Analyze issues at both micro and macro levels, understanding specific details while considering the broader commercial impact to optimize both case-by-case and contractual outcomes.Provide financial leadership in structuring complex deals and contracts, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.Mentor and guide teams across the business, developing their skills in financial analysis, contract management, and commercial decision-making.

GREAT TO HAVEA Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference for Finance or Business emphasis.7+ years of experience in a commercial or business analyst role, with a strong focus on finance and/or analytics.Extensive hands-on experience in financial roles across multiple Tag client engagements and service lines.Proficiency in commercial pricing and analytical tools is essential..Ability to manage and analyze P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue and expense analysis, costing, and pricing.Strong financial and commercial acumen.Comprehensive understanding of contract management principles to ensure adherence to terms, deal structures, client solutions, and risk management.Expertise in financial management, including analyzing financial statements and overseeing P&L, along with the ability to offer financial guidance during contract renewals and restructures.In-depth knowledge of outsourcing contract management and commercial levers throughout the contract's lifecycle.Organizational agility and adaptability.Familiarity with Tag’s delivery methodologies, capabilities, and limitations.Resilient, self-driven, and results-oriented.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.LOCATIONWe currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.TIMINGSFlexible to work in EST hours
