Come grow with usJob Responsibilities:Provides training and instruction to Human Resources and leadership as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.Collaborates with business in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.Partners with Manager, Global Compensation to roll-out the Annual Merit Review Process and Annual Incentive plan.Participates in salary surveys and analyses data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.Researches and analyses competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops implements custom surveys as appropriate.Assists and collaborates, as appropriate, in the planning, coordination, facilitation, administration, and reporting of the annual salary review program.Works with Human Resources as appropriate to assist client management with organizational structure development, job design, and related issues.Qualifications3+ years of global compensation experience.Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying established compensation standards.Will provide technical expertise, drive compensation projects, planning and daily compensation requests.Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.Ability to devise, design, and implement customized compensation surveys.Knowledge of career development and career laddering concepts, principles, and processes.
