  • Talent Acquisition & Management:Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified staff to meet the hospital's current and future needs.
  • Employee Relations:Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
  • Training & Development:Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are up-to-date with evolving medical practices and to enhance their skills.
  • Compliance & Legal Adherence:Ensure the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws to avoid legal issues.
  • Performance Management:Oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and provide support to managers in performance evaluations.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administer competitive compensation packages and employee benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
  • HR Strategy & Operations:Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with the hospital's mission and objectives.
  • HR Data & Records:Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR information systems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience:Previous HR experience, especially within a healthcare or hospital setting, is often necessary.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare-Specific HR:Deep understanding of healthcare-specific HR laws, regulations, and best practices is crucial.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to bridge between management and employees and to facilitate clear communication across the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the hospital's overall goals and vision.
  • Problem-Solving:Skill in resolving employee relations issues, workplace disputes, and other HR-related challenges effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
