Job Description: The Solar Marketing Specialist for an EPC company will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, attract new clients, and drive growth in the solar sector. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, marketing expertise, and industry knowledge to effectively promote the company’s services in engineering, procurement, and construction of solar projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's solar EPC services.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to create targeted marketing content that showcases the company's capabilities and successful project portfolio.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase online visibility.

Organize and participate in industry trade shows, webinars, and conferences to expand the company’s network and visibility.

Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s solar EPC services.

Foster partnerships and build relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and potential clients.

Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Manage the company's website content to ensure it is up-to-date and accurately represents the company's offerings and achievements.

Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and assisting in proposal preparation.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in renewable energy or engineering is highly advantageous.

Proven experience in marketing within the renewable energy sector, particularly with EPC projects.

Strong understanding of solar energy technology, market trends, and industry best practices.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing content.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships is a plus.

Work Environment:


Office-based with occasional travel for site visits, industry events, and client meetings.
