About Loam.ai Loam.ai is a GenAI SaaS startup helping small‑ and medium‑sized businesses unlock the power of AI—without needing a software team. We build software (ERP, Logistics, Dashboards, etc.) and AI solutions that automate marketing, sales, operations, customer service, analytics and more. Our process is simple: walk us through a day at work, and we’ll find the time, money, and resources to save. The Role We’re scaling to 4–5 concurrent client projects and are looking for a Project Management Intern who is an organizational ninja and great with people. You’ll keep deliverables on track, align timelines and expectations, and call out risks early—so our builders can build and our clients stay delighted. What You’ll Do Run the day‑to‑day for multiple projects: maintain lightweight project plans, roadmaps, and sprint boards. Drive cadence: schedule/lead standups, planning, reviews, and retros; capture decisions and action items. Manage timelines, dependencies, and scope; keep RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs current and escalate early. Set & reset expectations with internal teams and clients; send crisp weekly status updates and summaries. Translate business needs into clear tickets (user stories, acceptance criteria) for engineering/design. Track delivery health with simple metrics (velocity, burndown, on‑time %); keep dashboards and docs tidy. Coordinate QA/UAT, verify Definition of Done, and manage smooth handoffs. Create and improve templates/SOPs/checklists that make future projects faster and safer. Support light resource planning across 4–5 projects. What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves) Excellent organization and follow‑through; you love lists, timelines, and closing loops. Strong people skills: empathetic, proactive communicator who can influence without authority. Clear writing and documentation; you make complex work easy to understand. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban basics (sprints, backlogs, retros). Comfort with common PM/collab tools: Notion/Confluence, Jira/Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Google Workspace, Sheets/Excel, Slack; basic Gantt/RACI. Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and keep calm under shifting priorities. Availability for 20-25 hours/week and reliable remote setup. Nice to Have (Bonus Points) Interest in GenAI/LLMs and how products get built end‑to‑end. Exposure to ERP/CRM or ops tools (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). Light technical literacy (basic SQL/Python concepts, APIs), or no‑code automation (Zapier/Make). Experience with client‑facing updates, stakeholder management, or consulting/student projects.
