The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers, oversee full-stack architecture, and ensure high-quality project delivery while driving innovation and scalability.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team across web and mobile platforms. Architect, design, and develop scalable applications usingNodeJS ,ReactJS , and modern frameworks. Oversee database architecture, optimization, and integration (SQL / NoSQL). Manage and guide mobile app development projects (React Native / Flutter / Native). Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles. Review and optimize code quality, performance, and security. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency. Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.Required Skills & Experience 8–14 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong proficiency inNodeJS ,ReactJS ,JavaScript/TypeScript , and related technologies. Solid experience withRESTful APIs ,Microservices , andCloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) . Proven knowledge ofdatabase design(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience withmobile app development frameworkssuch as React Native or Flutter. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.Preferred Qualifications Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
