Senior Manager

Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial reporting processes as per relevant accounting standards & corporate laws
- Preparation and finalisation of financial results & other MIS Reports
- Resolve the statutory & internal auditors queries / observations
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Maintain banking relationships
- Compliance to the provisions of all applicable statutory acts
- To get assessment done for direct and indirect Taxes
- To monitor collections vs budget and enforce appropriate checks and controls
- To regulate & monitor critical payments
- Maintain control over debtor's accounts, debtor's ageing and their reconciliation issuance & approval of credit notes accordingly
- Monitoring credit policy, credit terms, sales return, collections vs. budget and enforce appropriate checks and controls etc.
- Analyse expense at centre / HO and workout the measure to control and manage
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Qualification: Semi Qualified C.A / CMA
- Industry Preference: Retail Industry
