Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Indore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budget preparation, and tax compliance. This role involves overseeing accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial statements, and liaising with auditors. The Senior Accountant will also analyze financial data to provide insights for business decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Budget Preparation
  • Knowledge of Tax Compliance and Regulations in IT/ GST
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Analysis
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or similar certification is preferred
  • Experience in construction industry is oreffered.
