Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Consultant – Political Promotions located in Bhopal. The Telecalling Consultant will be responsible for making calls to potential voters, discussing political campaigns, gathering voter feedback, and promoting political candidates and agendas. Additional responsibilities include maintaining call records and preparing reports on voter sentiment and campaign impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in telecalling and customer service
  • Knowledge of political campaigns and promotions
  • Ability to gather and analyze feedback
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in political campaigns or promotions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, or related field

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales (political campaign experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Confidence to engage in political conversations professionally.
