Ownership of Digital Group Insurance Product Strategy :

- Take full ownership of the digital group insurance product strategy, focusing on managing integrations and backend APIs to meet customer needs effectively.

- Define and refine the product vision, goals, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, operations, and business development, to define product requirements.

- Work collaboratively to prioritize features for integration and API management based on customer needs and business priorities.

Product Design, Development, and Implementation :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital group insurance products.

- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and efficient backend API handling to deliver a seamless user experience.

Market Analysis and Roadmap Development :

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, user feedback, and technical requirements to inform product roadmap decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating insights into product development strategies.

Technical Translation and Oversight :

- Work closely with technology teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to integration and API management.

- Incorporate relevant practices and compliance standards into product development strategies.

Required Experience and Skills :

- Solid experience in product management, preferably in the digital insurance domain.

- Strong understanding of integration technologies and backend APIs.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, Java, AWS, Android, and iOS would be advantageous.
