With millions of transactions each month, we continue to re-imagine and re-engineer the dairy ecosystem in India, and each team member will have significant ownership of the key components that go into this mission
Company Metrics :
Till now, Animall has primarily focused on building a peer-to-peer cattle trading platform and the journey of Animall has been very encouraging and promising - we have reached more than 10 million dairy farmers within a short span of 3 years. More than 500,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to 1500 Crore Rs of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of 320 Crore Rs GTV. Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.7 out of 5.
We are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box product-first thinker and leader with an iterative mindset and is entrepreneurial in nature to join our A-Mart team. The candidate will be building a product for ecommerce backend operations & logistics.
The role will involve complete ownership over product :
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Gain a deep understanding of the business, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve efficiency of operations.
- Work very closely with business team to gather requirements and generate ideas based on their problem statements
- Build product features - wireframing, pod management, writing PRD, analytics, and impact assessment
- Coordinate seamlessly with designers, engineers and QA to build the product as per timelines
- Implement correct instrumentation and track metrics by gathering product data from analytics tools, DB and consumer interviews and define success for each experiment
- We are looking for someone who can help in building our bet having following skill-sets:
- Experience of structured problem solving in 0 - 1 phase
- Product Experience particularly focused on logistics and backend operations within an ecommerce platform
- Have managed a pod - with designer and engineers, ideated, executed and analysed experiments
- Collaborating with x-functional teams ( marketing, business), understanding their needs and productising
- Experience of on-ground hustle and user interviews
- Good profile would have 2-4 yrs of work experience, won't require a daily basis managerial intervention, and can manage a pod of 3-4 people.
