Sr. Recruiter

Experience:

Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 5 Years of experience with proven experience in Sourcing and Closing Mid, Senior, and Leadership IT positions.

  • For IT Recruiter - Should be familiar with different technologies pertaining to the IT Positions.
  • Should ensure to deliver profiles with quick turn around time.
  • Assess the candidate's experience with reference to the JD.
  • Making effective use of resources such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Social Media, and Referrals.
  • Must have good communication skills with a good attitude to interact with candidates and clients.
  • Must be self-disciplined and work independently with motivation to close positions.

Compensation:

Fixed salary Rs 10000/-

+

Incentive varies from 10% to 20% of the billing/net Collection amount ( scope to earn more than 5 times the fixed component with no CAP)
