This is an exciting time in our evolution, as we redesign and reposition our offerings to cater to a wider and new audience, while developing a unique cross-subsidy model that can support our work with low-income Indians through our sister program – Swasth India Medical Centers.

As the Chief of Staff to the Founder, you will be at the forefront of our growth and innovation journey, while yourself evolving into a strategic leader. Collaborate closely with our diverse and brilliant leadership team that includes IIT alumni, former McKinsey consultants and senior corporate leaders, united by our purpose and values.

Responsibilities:•

Liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.•

Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.•

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.•

Execute parts of key projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.•

Document and improve current processes, to enable greater efficiency and effectiveness.•

Conduct research and gather data to support communication materials.•

Assist in the planning and execution of our strategic re-branding efforts, including revised communication collaterals and digital presence to drive enrolment.•

Assist in the planning and execution of Institute’s online and in-person events, meetings, and retreats.•

Executive support to the Founder

Minimum criteria•

3-6 years of experience in roles with similar responsibilities as above, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.•

Excellent organizational and project management skills.•

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.•

Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.•

Basic proficiency in communication design tools for video editing, poster design (such as Canva), and ensuring aesthetics.•

Committed to continuous learning and growth.•

Proactive, problem-solving mindset.•

A doer, ready to do what it takes.•

Self-disciplined in remote work, willing to travel as needed, including weekly meetings at our Founder's location near Pune•

Compensation: INR 9 to 12 Lakh per annum
