1. Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive architecture designs for Microsoft 365 solutions, considering factors such as scalability, security, and usability.

2. Implementation: Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and M365 administration, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.

3. Integration: Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with existing systems and applications, facilitating smooth data flow and interoperability.

4. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and M365 administration features to meet specific business requirements, leveraging advanced features and functionalities.

5. Migration Planning: Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, minimizing downtime and data loss while ensuring data integrity and security.

6. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and compliance controls within Microsoft 365 environments, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and M365 administration environments, proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks.

8. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff as needed.

9. ITIL Knowledge: Apply ITIL best practices in service management processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of Microsoft 365 services.

10. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments and updates in Microsoft 365 technologies, evaluating new features and capabilities for potential adoption.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.

3. Expertise in SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and M365 administration, including configuration, customization, and administration.

4. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.

5. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

8. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.

9. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.

10. Optional: Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI will be an added advantage
